Many customers have told us they would like to learn more about conserving energy to reduce their bills and about Con Edison's programs and services. In response, we created the Customer Outreach department and staffed it with Outreach specialists called "Customer Advocates." If you're having a large group event or meeting, the Customer Advocates can provide information on consumer rights, the wise use of energy, special needs programs, and choices in energy supply.
